Abstract
Research work is a project that offers us the opportunity to work on a topic that motivates us to research. In my case, I dedicated my work to making a small fashion collection. Above all, I focused on the basic concept of fashion design and the manufacturing process behind it, as many people do not know the extensive and complicated procedure for creating a piece of clothing.

My main goals are to learn about this topic, but most of all to grow as a person. Also, on a professional level I want to learn as soon as possible the things that are done in the fashion industry, which is what I want to dedicate myself to.

As a theoretical part of the work, what I have done is look for essential information on the topic in depth. I have also applied my personal experiences in this area to be able to expand the information extracted.

As a practical part of the work, I decided to make two sets of clothes applying the techniques I have been learning in the search for information.

All in all, I’ve learned the long creative process of creating garments, which I hadn’t experienced in person before.
